Kartonsan's production line and its features

Kartonsan's product line consists primarily of coated cardboard that is manufactured from recovered paper and is generally referred to in the industry as "duplex (GD)" and "triplex (GT)"coated cardboard. 

Kartonsan provides the materials needed by many different sectors for the packaging of their products. Among these products, which are essential parts of our everyday lives, are not only foods but also such things as pharmaceuticals, detergents, matches, cosmetics, textiles, corrugated lamination, stationery packaging, book and notebook covers, and packaging for glassware and small household appliances.

Ekoprint
This is an economical, matt-coated, and grey-backside cardboard designed for use in boxes that do not require a high degree of printability or varnishability.

Normprint
This multi-coated cardboard with a blade top coat provides brilliant printability with substantial ink economy and a high degree of varnishability. The backside is grey. Normprint can be successfully used for many packaging applications.

Exprint
Exprint is a multi-coated cardboard with a blade top coat that provides brilliant printability with substantial ink economy and high varnishability. It also offers excellent creasability due to its structure. The backside is grey. Exprint is ideal for use in all types of packaging and for detailed graphic printing.

Luxtriplex
A multi-coated cardboard with a blade top coat that provides brilliant printability with substantial ink economy and high varnishability, Luxtriplex also offers excellent creasability due to its structure. The backside is white, which makes Luxtriplex ideal for all types of packaging but especially for foods and cosmetics. It is also the best choice for postcards, greeting cards, and advertising materials on which detailed printing is required.
